  1. HOW WE COLLECT YOUR INFORMATION

When you purchase from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide us such as your name, billing address, shipping address and email address.  We also keep a record of all of your purchases, along with shipping tracking numbers unique to any physical order.

When you browse our store, we automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing
With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

How do I withdraw my consent?

Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms and Conditions.

We are committed to protection your personal information and have appropriate organisational measures and reasonable precautions to ensure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.

We will retain your personal data for as long as we have a relationship with you and for a period of afterwards where we have an ongoing business need to retain it.  Should you opt to close your account, we will delete your billing address, shipping address, but retain your name, email address and order details for up to 12 months or the end of the Australian Financial Tax Year, whichever is comes first.

You have various rights in relation to the personal data we hold about you.
Right to Erasure: You have the right to request that we erase your personal data in certain circumstances.  We will endeavour to delete your personal data quickly upon request and if desired make it available to you.  Whilst we make every effort to erase your personal data on request, some of your personal data may still exist within our system for our purposes.
Right of Access: You have a right to a copy of all the personal data collected in our system in an electronic format.  This will include information such as, name, address and phone number along with shipping tracking numbers if applicable.
Right of Rectification: You have the right to request that we rectify any inaccurate or incomplete personal data that we hold about you.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently.  Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.  If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.
